Corrected multiple installation issues, database integrity issues and data
problems, and developed java extensions to handle specific
functionality needs and tuned the performance of the system.
Jan 2011 – Feb2012; Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, Houston TX Provide
support and enhancements to their Maximo 5.2/ Syclo/ SQLServer environment. Performed:
Maximo customizations (JSP edits, Database changes, etc), coding of Maximo
Business Objects (Java Extensions and New Applications), coding of Maximo
Mobile functionality (Syclo Agentry Editor), Production Data
Modifications (SQL, UDF's, Procedures), Troubleshooting and analysis of
Coding and DB related issues and Training and other operational and project

Feb 2009 – Aug 2010; Southern Company GLSCAPE Project, Atlanta GA Brought
on to performance tune their very highly customized Southern Co. Maximo
system for Operation and Data Loading via the Maximo Data Loader (MDL) and
the Maximo Enterprise Adapter (MEA). Returned to the project to further fine
tune the system after the initial successful tuning engagement. Performed
post go-live support for initial sites - Provided troubleshooting and
analysis of performance and code issues, continued to provide analysis and
interpretation of how the system was performing. Supported the continuing
conversion (loading) of data into the various mock systems in preparation for
loading into Production. Retained
(On Call) for additional support from Aug 2010 – Aug 2011.
July 2008 – Feb 2009; NASA IMCS Maximo Upgrade, Cape Canaveral FL Performing Integration
design and coding to connect MAXIMO to the JAMIS/eTimecard accounting system
using the MEA. (MXES 6.2.2) Performing system
configuration, modifications, training and troubleshooting in support of pre
and post go-live user requirements. Performed Java coding
as necessary for user exits and crontasks (LabTrans inbound interface)
ITSM/ITIL Colonial Pipeline, Atlanta GA
Quick Start: (4 Months; hard core Workflow development) Performed
a full Business Process review and wrote custom workflows to handle the
Company’s full ITSM process in compliance with ITSM/ITIL guidelines.
Originally scoped using the Quick Start package with a two month go live;
project was aggressively mapped to a four (4) month go-live with only the PM
and myself dedicated to the project.
Data Loading: (2 Months), Raytheon, Orlando FL Setup, Configured and
Performed Data Loading using the Maximo Data Loader (MDL) and the MEA to bulk
load data from 4.0.3 to MXES. Used the MRO Upgrade
tool to successfully perform upgrades of two other databases from 4.1 to
MXES.
Systems Integration / Actuate Report Designer / Troubleshooter / (4) Months –
ISP Chemicals, NJ Performed
troubleshooting on systems configuration; tuned multiple servers for
performance, provided insight into tuning SQL Server to function optimally
with Maximo. Corrected multiple poorly designed Actuate reports to
